Polyrims

Velocity Rollers has developed the Polyrims for efficient material conveying at optimum speed and maintaining rope tension in Rope Belt Conveyors. It transports material on a flat belt with corrugated sidewalls, where the belt is fixed to axles arranged at regular intervals to support the belt. Running wheels are fitted to either end of the axles. The track ropes are elevated off the ground on tower structures; hence this pulley makes low noise while functioning. Polyrims are very tough and powerful, so it works best in difficult and rugged terrains. It is maintenance-friendly with a small number of moving parts involved, and the cost of operating is meager.
